Elite installed low-grade front brake rotors on my Buick Enclave, despite my telling them I wanted something different. Within 10 days, they rusted badly. After five years, the original rear rotors show no sign of rust at all. My wheels are an open design, and all that visible red rust looked like hell. After living with them for over six months, I decided to complain. I contacted them several times about my dissatisfaction via email and their website, but I didn't receive an immediate response. Alex, one of the service writers, contacted me a few days later and asked me to come by the shop so he could see the issue I complained about. He said the rotors were definitely not good, and said he would check with his supplier and get back to me. He called back in a couple of days, offering to replace the rotors with better quality OEM style that were coated to prevent rust. I went there this morning, and within an hour and a half, I not only had new coated rotors, but also new brake pads!! What a generous gesture on his part. My faith is restored in Elite Auto Experts.
