Just wanna say thank you to the service advisor and the technician that worked on my son’s car. I got some mechanical work. They got my check engine light to go off!! I have had the best experience all because of Eddie. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns to the point I could understand. On top of the excellent customer service (again thanks Eddie) the repair turn around was chefs kiss!

I checked out a few shops before committing to Elite to service my vehicle. The shop was clean and I was greeted immediately with a smile. Though very busy, there was the impression given to me that I was the most important customer of the day, though I know they treat every customer this way. I saw them in action with other clients and the customer service was super professional. Juan did a great job of keeping in constant updated communication and was able to get about a dozen service items knocked out in just a few days. I do believe you get what you pay for and the customer experience I had with Elite is a huge value to me. I’ll be back and will recommend Elite, Juan and his team to my friends and family.
