I’ve gone here for the second time to have car repairs. Eddie is the one who helped me in the process and he’s really knowledgeable with cars and educated me in the how’s and why’s of the repairs I needed. You can appreciate the fact that they care about their customers. They have a patient and welcoming staff and someone’s always there if you need anything. Also, if you happen to wait inside, their location is very clean with commodities like water and coffee, and seat and couches to wait on!

I was referred here after buying new tires at Discount tire. They provided me with a $20 off coupon. Fortunately I had a great experience. From the time I entered I was greeted by a friendly representative named Eddie. He was so kind and took time to explain my malalignment results. They fixed my alignment and had me on my way. I made an appointment a few weeks in advance, and they had me out of there in 1.5h. I didn’t mind waiting. They have a refreshment center with water, tea, coffee. The place is clean and has a great vibe. I appreciated the 80s 90s mix music playing :) they have a couch and a few tables to lounge. All the representatives passing through seem to have good relationships with each other, they were happy, smiling, and just as friendly as Eddie. I would recommend! Thanks for the great first time experience. I will definitely keep them in mind for future services, and luckily they’re close to home for me. Bonus my alignment service is warranted for 1 year and didn’t know that. Thanks for taking great care of my baby (Jeep) 😇

Eddie was my service advisor and he is awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything and I was pleased with the service. I had a bad cylinder along with a few other repairs and they fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. Everyone who works there seems very caring and friendly. I will definitely be taking my car to Elite Auto Experts for any future repairs. It’s hard to find an honest repair shop these days but these guys are the real deal!
