Every time I come in the staff are always so nice! I walked in hoping they could squeeze me in to get an inspection and Eddie was so kind in getting me in quickly without needing to make an appointment! Even if I did need to wait, I really appreciate that they have drinks, wifi, and comfy sitting area available to make waiting less of a hassle. I especially love that they give back to the community by adopting several schools in the area. Always a great experience coming to Elite Auto!

I was greeted by Eddie when I brought in my 2012 Odyssey. He stopped what he was doing, made sure to have someone else answer the phone while he listened to my concerns. Wrote everything down and walked me through what was going to be his process for checking out my car. His warm demeanor and way of explaining the issues put me at great ease. I felt confident leaving my vehicle with him. He was very transparent with what needed to be fixed at this moment and what could hold off until a late time. The shop also included pictures with their estimate, which is a huge plus. It lets me know the shop isn't just "finding issues" to fix. The whole process took 2.5 days between drop off and pick up (Wed. morning - Fri. pickup at 11am). I ended up having a good bit of front end suspension done but man... Does my van feel great afterwards!!! Eddie took it for a final drive to make sure all the work was correct before I arrived. I really appreciate Eddie's help and feel no hesitation in bringing our other vehicles here for their maintenance. I'm glad I finally found a reliable, friendly, trustworthy shop in the area.
