This is my second experience with Elite. Edwin Smiley was my service advisor. He was very thorough answered all my questions. Friendly and professional. He keeped me a breast while my vehicle had some major repairs from suspension to engine front and rear seal replacement along with primary and secondary oil pan leaks. This total up to 4291.09. After 5 business days I received my vehicle. I was completely satisfied except I was told that my vehicle would also receive a complementary wash. This did not happen. I did mention to Smiley, he did offer by saying I could bring the vehicle back next week. This would not have been feasible as it’s along way. Alex was the one that met me outside handing me my keys as he drove my vehicle out front greeted me with an awesome attitude asked me how everything was. I expressed all was good for the money I spent I was to get a free car wash. Immediately Alex apologized and said if you have thirty minutes I will get your truck cleaned up. BAM! I said sure. I loved that Alex stepped up to the plate. My truck runs like a brand new vehicle I love the feel. The first time I used your service approximately one year ago. I had you guys replace breaks rotors check my truck for a long road trip I had to make. BAM! Elite made me very happy the truck ran beautifully. Elite stands by their name ( a group of superior great men). Thanks for your service you won a true customer much respect. The entire staffed Rocks.

Edwin Smiley greet me at the door , helped with my tea and gather my information. He later explained my bill and the services need to keep my old on the road. I appreciate the information and the no pressure . I wasn’t referred to this company, I just happened to go by often and decided to try them. So far I haven’t been disappointed. I've been going to Elite for years now, even before they moved into their new building. They always do great work, and they're honest abut what needs to be done. They have also have no problem discussing options and explaining issues affecting my vehicle.

I brought my car in because the AC was not cooling. Due to the age of the car, I had them to check everything. Prior to making any repairs, I was sent a text with a list of items with photos of their recommended maintenance and/or replacement so I could approve or decline. Although, I had a hefty bill, service was great, the approval process was simple and the repairs were completed as promised. They also provided a shuttle to drop me off and pick me up from my home. The shuttle driver was friendly and polite.
