Update: Alex at Elite Auto Experts is a rock star and he completely changed my customer experience. He immediately reached out to me to find out all the details and understood my concerns and asked me to give one more chance to make it right. I am glad I took the chance and he not only fixed the issue but also kept me updated on all the steps along with providing loaner car. My customer experience with Elite Auto Experts went from bad to Incredible. I will try them again. I took my car for 60K mile service on 6/9 and they recommended bunch of standard services due and I agreed to do all of them as per the recommendation. Next day I go on long drive and 100 miles into drive engine light turns on I call them first thing on Monday from out of town and they recommend to take it autozone and give them call with engine check light codes. After letting them know codes they said it's okay to drive car and get my car back to them as soon as I am back in town. But 2 days later my engine starts seizing and heat thermometer shows it is very hot and I take it to local mechanic and he confirms these people didn't even perform a basic coolant check and it was extremely low and they were not thorough with their job and it is negligence. I take my car back to them and they say now coolant check and flush is not part of their 60K check and it is not required because of their negligence I now have to replace my radiator fan and they want another 1000 dollars to fix it. I had not experienced any of these issues prior to them touching my car.
