Again, I am never disappointed when it comes to car repairs at Elite Auto, My car broke down, and I had it towed late on Saturday evening, in which they were closed. However, conveniently they have a night box to drop the key off. The next morning Smiley responded quickly with a follow up call about my vehicle, as I was speaking to Smiley he patiently went over some other mechanical issued that needed attention as well. I must say that I am very pleased with the services rendered, and as for me I choose not to go to another repair center. Their cost is way cheaper than the dealer and the service is impeccable. I also would like to give a shout out to Juan and Alex, very professional men and always eager to assist customers. When one has a team at this magnitude with these guys you have accomplished professional customer dynamics. Together they deliver nothing but consistency with meeting customers' expectations.
