This was my first time going as I usually take my vehicle to the dealership for oil changes. I had a coupon so why not.. They provided a detailed estimate of items that may need attention ( of course you can decline anything). I wanted to move forward with filters being replaced and they ordered the wrong ones for my vehicle. For my inconvenience, they gave me a gift on my next service with them. That is good customer service and I will be returning. 😊
