We had a great experience at Elite Auto Experts! I took in my 2012 Cadillac knowing it needs some fairly major work. They quoted us a very fair price, offered knowledgeable suggestions and performed the work in one day! They are definitely our new go to repair shop. They have a very nice waiting area too!

Last week I went through a paradoxical experience for the fourth time in the past decade. The misfortune was vehicle repair. The fortunate aspects of these encounters were the sevices provided by Elite Auto Experts. Sevice Advisor Juan Meza stewarded the meeting of our needs and expectations expeditiously with both concern and compassion. Juan and Alex are outstanding with their customer service and clear explanations of the work that needed to be done. Even though I have to travel a bit of a distance to bring our cars, the one thing that keeps me coming back is I never feel as though they're trying to sell me something. When I go in I usually have an idea of the problem I'm experiencing and keep excellent records on our 3 vehicles. I've been to other mechanics that always try to point out other issues. That's not why I go to a mechanic. I feel your honesty is the number one factor behind my being a customer. I always ask a lot of questions to ensure that I am properly taking care of our vehicles. I am also very appreciative of you honoring my military service. I especially think a lot of Alex he has helped me many times in the past.
