I worked with Juan Meza to get front brake pads and rotors replaced on our vehicle and I am extremely pleased with the quality of service. The work was done in a little over two hours. I was given a ride from and to the facility and all the staff was very friendly. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable so if you do have to wait on a repair you will do so in a nice waiting area. Will use again for repairs as needed in the future.

I worked with Juan Meza to get front brake pads and rotors replaced on our vehicle and I am extremely pleased with the quality of service. The work was done in a little over two hours. I was given a ride from and to the facility and all the staff was very friendly. The facility itself is very clean and comfortable so if you do have to wait on a repair you will do so in a nice waiting area. Will use again for repairs as needed in the future. Adding to this review. I worked with Eddie to try to get a troublesome starting problem fixed with my Honda Civic. As with our prior repair, the team at Elite was thorough and was able to fix my car. Eddie kept me informed throughout and was excellent to work with. Thanks again

I didn't think it was possible to have a "WOW" experience at a local auto mechanic shop. I was so wrong! I am now sure every business owner I know wishes their people were drinking the Kool-Aid they serve up at Elite Auto Experts. Talk about white glove service. They drove me back to work when I dropped off my car for service, called me later stating they wanted a little more time with my car, and then proceeded to have a "loaner" car dropped off for me at my work. So I was pretty much floored already, right? Well fast forward to picking up my car the next day and the service just keeps on coming. My man Juan or there is handing me my keys and says "I hope you don't mind, we had a little time so we took your car and had it washed up." No Juan, I DO NOT mind at all! What's your secret Mr. BestCarServiceEver Man? New customer for life right here! BTW, my car is running perfect.
