I was given information at an event and came in for an oil change. The first person was too busy to assist me, even telling me that I would have to come back another day. Juan jumped right on in and provided excellent customer service. He was upfront that they were busy; but would be able to do my oil change that day. Since I was going to the bingo hall across the street, I was not in a hurry. By the time I finished playing, the oil change was done too! I was also kept informed about what came up in the multi point inspection. I would return again, but will only deal with Juan.
