Adam and crew took care of my car on two separate occasions now. Both times they dealt with the warranty company and handled everything. The only thing I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up when it was finished. Communication was good throughout, and they even provided me a ride home when I dropped the car off. I'll use them again the next time I have mechanic needs.

Several of my co-workers rave about Elite Auto so when I had a very high estimate for a repair from another auto shop, I took it here for a second opinion. They were very thorough, they came back with the same issues but the price was $400 cheaper. Alex was the greatest guy to deal with, just over the top nice in every way. They were fast with the diagnosis and had great communication through text, email and a phone call. The thing I respected the most was that Alex validated our decision to not get the repair done and instead turn it in for a newer vehicle. I will absolutely be bringing my newer vehicle back for them to check it out before I purchase it. Everything about my experience was the best!

What a great experience!I was referred to them by Discount Tire when I needed a front end alignment. The folks there were great to work with. Super accommoadating. So proud of there establishments they offered ma a tour. Fair and honest. Will definitely found my new auto shop.

Very professional and well operate business

Complex job was completed in a timely manner, personnel were very courteous and responsive. My expectations were met or exceeded. I have no problem using them in the future or extending a # 1 recommendation to anyone in need of excellent service/repair.

My car needed Brakes ,Rotors and Struts it was sounding really bad. I bought it in to ELIte auto experts they fixed it like it was a brand new car again. They are amazing. They even gave me a ride home so I could wait at home while the repairs were being done .It took all day.They call and tell you when it's done ,and pick you up so you can get your car.So nice not having to sit at the repair shop.
