Made an appointment for 2:00, got there 30 minutes early and I was gone by 2:15. Note: they did not reset the oil life value on my Ford Edge which is what I use to decide when to take it in. After checking my records, they apparently did not reset it the previous time and I really did not need to have it serviced. My fault for assuming they reset it.

I don't know why this thing won't let me leave five stars. I have used Elite a couple of times now. This time I dealt with Alex. They are always professional and courteous. I feel confident leaving my vehicle with them. Prices are competitive and I've never been hard-sold for additional services
