I've brought my 2002 Ford Focus here twice, and was helped by a guy named Mo both times. I've never met such an honest, professional mechanic as this guy. Not once did he try to sell me something I don't need. In fact, today I took it in for what I thought was two separate problems (A/C recharge and a sluggish problem). Turns out, once they recharged the A/C, the other problem was fixed as well. They could have thrown me the whole "you need a tune up and a flush" etc., but they didn't, and that's why I'll be returning here for any future automotive issues.
