I have a 1996 Toyota with over 200,000 miles. Obviously it’s seen it’s better days, and you can’t overlook the sentimental value, but Elite Auto provided excellent service, and honored the warranty work as promised/written. Anyone can say they will repair your vehicle, but Elite Auto word is like oak and Chris should be commended for his customer service skills/professionalism. It goes without saying that this could only be possible because of the great managers that oversee the day to day operations. Thanks again for putting the value back in my vehicle, see you when it’s due for the next service, you have earned my business!!! GB

Went and got my state inspection and it took only 20 min. Great service, and very polite. As I sat and waited for my car to be inspected, they would approach customers telling them how long, or that their cars were ready. Great prices, and customer care. I will be back for my car needs.

I had never been here before but they were running a promotion through the YMCA for a free oil change so I thought I'd give them a shot. I walked in on a Monday morning with no appointment and also asked to get my inspection done and they obliged. Nice waiting area and I was out of there in about an hour. They also didn't ask me about cabin air filter or make up fake things about my car. They won my future business.

My favorite place to bring my cars! I know!!! Who would say such a thing? But we have lived in Cypress for 10 years now and we are so glad to have met Mo and his very reliable, honest mechanic shop. I trust these guys 100%. Their quality in their work is phenomenal. Their pride in their work shows, my car was shiny and clean after I got it back today (can’t tell you how irritating it is to have black grease stains on your cars after it’s been worked on from other mechanic shops). No one likes having to go to the mechanic, but if you need quality and great service.... then these are the guys that are going to give it to you. What’s better than that is that they are HONEST!! I can’t tell you how I used to fear going to the mechanic, I left this up to my husband. But with Mo and his staff, I’ve gotten quite confident bringing my car myself. I had such a wonderful and professional experience with Elite Auto! My vehicle was tended to in a timely manner and I received great customer service as well. Jae in particular was very knowledgeable and up front with me about my vehicles issues. He provided very friendly service and always kept me up-to-date. On top of the customer service, they washed my vehicle inside and out! I have never gone to an automobile shop leaving with a cleaned car! Very nice touch! It was the cherry on top to my wonderful experience at Elite Auto. I fully intend to be a returning customer! :)

Great as always. Mufid runs a great shop. I’ve been a customer since his old location. The owner is involved in his business and knows his stuff. We used them for minor body repair last year also and they did a great job on that also. They also have a nice waiting area with free soft drinks and super clean restrooms.

Excellent customer service. Provided friendly, professional, and quick service. I requested a quote online and received a response very quickly. When I brought the car in for the estimate, they were able to complete the service needed on the car the next day. They removed scratches from the paint and the car looks good as new. They also provided fair prices for excellent service. I looked for multiple quotes from other places in the area and Elite Auto Experts was the best option. Overall I am very happy and would go back. I would also recommend this place to anyone. Thank you to J and the team for all your help!
