Nobody likes getting their car fixed, the payments, the wait, none of it. The folks at Elite though have it down right. I've been going there for years and I have nothing but fantastic things to say and my experiences only got better as time went on. My favorite part is there is no question about whats happening to your car, they list out every flaw and thing that needs to be fixed and exactly how much its going to cost so you know exactly what you're paying for. The prices are always reasonable and it's a lot easier to pay when you know exactly why and what its going to. Lastly, and probably the most important, is the staff. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Alex R. and a few of the other folks there too and they all do an impeccable job of making you feel welcome and in the know. They're intelligible, honest, and super personable and humorous to the point where I completely forget im getting my car fixed and im simply looking forward to interacting with the folks there. Restaurants' job is to make you feel welcome and this car repair shop has most of them topped, isn't that crazy? If any of the folks who work there read this, know you guys are doing things right and this is how customer service truly is, and if the owner is reading this, know you have some fantastic employees and im proud of your guys growth, you deserve it.
