My repair was completed when they promised. They worked with the insurance company to get supplemental damages covered and the rental cars are available on site, very convenient. Plus the cleanest lobby and restroom at an auto repair shop I have ever seen. No hassles at all.

Very professional and accommodating. Closing associate stayed a full hour after closing, until I arrived with my car on a tow truck, which he arranged for me, and added to my bill, so I didn't have to pay up front. My repair was about $775, which was reasonable for the time called for to complete the work. Multiple options for the part were quoted, so I could choose cost and warranty. Since the cost was signficant, and took place over the weekend, a discount of $50 was applied, and a loaner car was provided at no charge! Add the friendliness of the staff and owner, plus the best cappuccino machine anywhere, and you have the best auto repair service I've ever experienced.

Elite Auto Experts is deserving of the name 'Elite'. Their facility is nice, clean, and makes you feel comfortable with complimentary refreshments while you wait... Speaking of wait, there was hardly any wait...I was greeted and checked in almost immediately and they went above and beyond to ease any worries and concerns regarding my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off at end of business (from my way home from work) due to loss of acceleration performance and they stated there would be a diagnostic fee which is understandable and I agreed to. They then asked and provided me a complimentary ride home without me having to ask. They called me back early the next morning and stated they could not duplicate the issue and would not charge me a diagnostic, they also were honest and stated they didn't want to start guessing or changing out parts that aren't needed and charge me unnecessarily but to definitely bring the vehicle back if the issue came back. The issue did come back the next day and I again left it with them, however, this time there were more symptoms and a check engine light. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem as well as recommend additional services that would only further enhance the repair required. They proceeded to double-check systems to ensure there weren't any other issues remaining. I received my vehicle back and it is actually running better and more efficient than before I had my problem. Thank you to the whole Elite Auto Experts Team!

My experience with Elite Auto was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, they were professional, kind and kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle repairs through phone calls and text messages. Melissa is very sweet and professional as well! Ahmad was also very kind whenever I spoke to him, as well as Alex. They made the process smooth with my insurance company, and brought my baby back to life from a hit and run within one week. Their body work is also impeccable and my car looks brand new! The inside of the building is nice, cool and clean with plenty of refreshments for this hot Houston heat. Had an incident and my car needed some fixing, what i got was a brand new car and not my old beaten up one once they were done. This place is so professional, fast and extremely friendly employees. It also has a lovely reception lobby like area where you can seat and work or have a drink as you wait. Extremely clean too. thank you Elite Team you exemplify your name.

They told me it would be about two hours, I was in and out in an hour. Gave me full report and walked me through everything they did rather than just saying the old " you're all set".
