I've come here for more than 3 years. The folks here always provide friendly, reasonably priced service. I also visited other shops to compare waiting rooms, prices, and personnel and everytime, Elite Auto Experts beats them all. In addition, they have free drinks, Spanish translation, clean bathrooms, and work with i insurance companies, if you have an accident. Try them once and I thinks you'll agree with me.

My experience at Elite Auto is one for the books. I’ve dealt with them on the collision side and for routine auto maintenance. Both experiences were very good. The staff was very Nice and provided step by step updates as to the repairs to my car. I would definitely recommend this place. Ohhhh I can’t forget how clean the place is...including the bathrooms and the waiting room did not smell of oil, as most. There are also complimentary drinks while you wait.

We always take our cars to Elite. We’ve been going there ever since they opened. If you think there are no honest mechanics in this world, think again. At Elite they are professional, super friendly , and they’ll go the extra mile for their customers. Yes, they treat you like family. Today I took my car for a nail in the tire and they fixed it and not even charged me. On top of that, they even washed the car on the outside. Compare that to Walmart on Sunday where they told me they had ran out of patches and that I needed to buy a new tire. Definitely Elite is the must go for any car needs.

The facility itself is nice and clean. They offer free water, coffee, and fountain drinks while you wait. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. They gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait so long in the lobby and even offered a ride back to the shop. Alex explained everything to me and took me out to the car and showed me a few things. He even sent me a link to their report along with pictures which was nice because I was able to share that with my husband who was at work at the time. The fee for repairs was fair and less than what I was expecting. They approved me for 12months interest free payments through Synchrony bank which was very helpful. My car had to stay overnight so they lent me one of their cars for a day. The only thing I didn’t like was that the car they lent me was run down and not clean. It had trash/food crumbs on the seats and cup holders. It was FREE though which I appreciate. My car works fine now and I haven’t had any problems. Overall I had a great experience and will be going back.

Decided to give this place a try for their $49.95 alignment special, and also due to the high reviews, and was incredibly pleased!!! I called on a Saturday (not knowing they close at 1) to try and get the alignment done right after my new tires were put on, and if it had been done earlier I'm fairly certain they'd have stayed a bit late to help me which is incredible! Unfortunately, the tires weren't done until 12:40 so I waited and set an online appointment for 8 a.m. the following Monday. When i arrived there was already a car on the alignment machine, but I honestly only waited maybe 30 minutes and was done!!! Can't be more pleased with this business, and i will definitely be back for future maintenance/repair needs!!! KEEP IT UP!!!!!
