Absolutely love these people. Referred by my dad because here in Houston you NEED a honest and reliable technician and they always deliver with excellent customer service. In addition I’ve never had any issues after repairs , yes it may get expensive when using their parts BUT they have a credit card that enables you to pay within a year no additional interest ! . Look guys I’m telling you this is where to go . They even clean your car after each visit 😍thank you Alex and Melissa for always being awesome ! You saved me from a bad investment.

I will start by saying the repair of my BMW was great. Paint so far matches the rest of the car which is hard to do in a 18 year old car. My front fender was damaged so this folks repaired it. My car had the rear window regulators bad and they went out of their way to put the windows up which in my view was awesome. Now the only reason I gave 4 stars and hope this helps as feedback to their management. Communication was really bad. Insurance company said would take 4 days. Well this folks took about 11 days. Now this was not the main problem since this a spare car for us. The problem is no one had the courtesy to call me and keep me updated on what was going on. I called after a few days and boom after speaking to the lady at the front i got the 1st update. Then another 2 to 3 days went by and nothing so I called and the same lady told me they had sent in an extra bill to insurance and needed an extra molding ordered. Again I had to make a call to find this out. So in short I was dissatisfied that I had to start calling for updated instead of them updating me as they promise. The lady said we are extremely busy. But I am sorry I can take that as an excuse since you accepted to do my work and you promise to me a client to keep me updated. Other than this lack of communication you guys would have gotten 5 stars. UPDATE: Since I got the car back I had to bring it back once since fender well cover was not installed properly and tire was hitting it. They took care of that and also fender side marker was mounted and was lose and they said was adjusted to fit better. So far so good for now.
