I was very pleased with the service received. They notified me of the issues discovered when they inspected the vehicle. They helped me determine which problems required immediate correction and which items could be deferred without causing any safety issues. The vehicle was ready at the time promised. The vehicle was even washed before delivery. I will definitely use them again.

I took my car in for an oil change and asked them to look into a popping noise in the suspension when accelerating from a stop. They found several issues and notified me. The worked with me to prioritize the things that had to be done now and which issues could be deferred without causing a safety problem. The work was completed on time. The car rides smoother, quieter, and just feels better overall when driving.

As always, Elite Auto Experts performed the repairs to my car flawlessly. They identified the issue, called me to review the required repairs and asked for my confirmation on the repairs needed.
