Top notch customer service and service!

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by elite Auto. They hear what you have to say the first time which is rarely these days. They were fast and efficient and did a great job. They even cleaned my car for me. I will definitely go back and recommend it to anyone looking for a mechanic.

Elite auto experts has the best customer service, as soon as they had some new information about my truck they would give me a call to update me. They are good at what they do and they do it in a reasonable time frame, they also went ahead and washed my truck and left it really clean. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Elite Auto has consistently gone above and beyond to give great customer service and quality work. I recently had some work done on my Ford F-150 crew and again, same results. I also feel valued when i go there as the owner and his sons both know me from going there in the past and always make it a point to find out if everything is good with the service provided.

My first time to Elite Auto Experts was a great experience the customer service is excellent they make you feel like family. Good vibes and also great work this is a trust worthy place. As I waited for my car customers had mentioned I brought my car to the right place that they have been customers for yrs and everyone had nice things to say. Great hospitality when waiting for service. I must give a 5 star nothing less.

Elite helped me so much when my car broke down. They stepped me through the process of how I should get my car to them when I was stranded. Then, when we realized my battery was still under warranty somewhere else, they were kind enough to remove the old battery and put in the new battery once I got it to them at no charge. Their customer service is fantastic!

If I could give this business more stars, I would. Of all mechanic shops, Elite Auto Experts has been the most helpful and trustworthy of them all. I've never felt pressured by them to complete repairs but they have told me the truth on what needs to be fixed even if it wasn't easy to hear. They've sent me to dealerships on multiple occasions for warranties as opposed to fixing it and charging me and they have answered my questions and given general advice even when it goes against their bottom line. They've called dealerships on my behalf for information and have offered to fix issues the dealership has been difficult with. I cannot recommend them enough and would probably trust them with my future daughter.
