I have been here numerous times since they opened for mechanical service work. I believe them when they tell me what is wrong and how much it will cost and when it will be ready. They do quality work at competitive prices. One time they goofed. However, they still made me a happy, satisfied Customer with their resolution for the problem. This is how you know you are working with a Customer Service oriented Business that wants you to be a repeat Customer as opposed to a "repair shop". Yesterday my truck wouldn't start. I knew immediately who I was calling. They got it taken care of as promised. I definitely recommend you give them a call when you are in need of diagnostic and repair work.

Very, very clean place. Nice staff. Very easy process. Looking out the window, I see a tech getting out of a customers car, pulled out a clean towel and wiped all the surfaces he touched inside and out....who does that?? Excellent place to take your vehicle!

I had to have some minor body work done on my 2019 Ford Fiesta. Someone backed into me while waiting to turn onto a main road from a gas station. Did not want to make an insurance claim and never having to choose a body shop before, I did a Yelp search and Elite Auto Experts received very high ratings. I can confirm, and agree with, these ratings. I also live very close to the shop. I called them first and spoke with Mario. He asked me to send pics of the damage, which I did, then I took the car there for him to look at it. He already had an estimate worked up and asked for a bit more time to make some adjustments. He emailed the revised estimate to me later that evening and I thought the estimate was very fair, so I took the car to them on a Tuesday. Mario said he would need to keep the car for 3 days. I received several text messages updating me on the progress of the repair. On the second day Mario called to say the car would be ready in an hour...1 day earlier than estimated. I was extremely pleased with the work they did and there is no indication whatsoever the car had been damaged. I would highly recommend Elite Auto Experts for vehicle body work.

As usual Elite Auto Experts did a great job on my husband's Nissan Frontier. I believe they do a great job and at a fair price. My husband was especially happy since he had a fishing trip the next day and needed his truck. Very much on time.
